INSIDE: It can accommodate 4 to 6 people. Furnished in perfect Mediterranean style, it is the ideal place for those who want to spend their holidays by the sea without giving up the relaxation offered by the swimming pool. The three-room apartment has a large kitchen, living room with double sofa bed, 2 double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower and laundry corner.
The dining area is equipped with all comforts: dishwasher, oven, kettle, toaster.
OUTSIDE: The bright living room-kitchen area leads to the enchanting outdoor terrace – equipped with wooden furniture. Overlooking the Modica countryside, the terrace is equipped with comfortable armchairs that will guarantee your relaxation.
THE SEA SKY VILLA
The Sea Sky Villa was completed in 2017 and is located in Viale Orsa Maggiore 25, the new residential area of Pozzallo; it is 100m from the sea (first slide beach) and the beach is accessed via an underpass.
The elegant villa, with its characteristic Mediterranean colors, offers its guests a refined and exclusive environment to spend unforgettable wellness holidays.
The relaxation area is set among the dry stone walls of the Modica countryside, consisting of a solarium with swimming pool.
The individual apartments, designed especially for summer stays, have an exclusive outdoor area equipped with a dining area and a relaxation corner. All rooms are air-conditioned and covered by WiFi service.
THE BEACH
I Scivolo beach, reachable in about 2-3 minutes on foot from home, is renowned for its fine sand and enchanting forest. The beach to the west is embellished by the “Pietre Nere” cliff while to the east the “Pietra Spaccata” offers a natural location for intimate moments of well-being (clay mud).
The sea, awarded with the Blue Flag, has the peculiarity of shallow waters that degrade slowly for the first 20-30 meters from the shoreline, therefore ideal for families with children. For these characteristics, the aforementioned beach is one of the few Sicilian seaside resorts suitable for children to which the Green Flag has also been awarded, synonymous with Safety, Comfort and Health.
The extensive uncrowded beach offers a fairytale setting for jogging enthusiasts. In addition, for guests who wish to use it, the equipped Lido “Chalet Primo Scivolo” offers a wide range of services.
