Panoramic Suite is a brand new penthouse with sea view just 180 meters from the Pietre Nere di Pozzallo seafront.
Located in front of the Villa Sea Garden, guests of the Suite can enjoy the green area consisting of a relaxation area, children’s playground, barbecue area in the shade of a natural gazebo of olive trees, umbrella storage and outdoor shower.
Inside: The modern living area is one with the colors of the sky and the sea that can be appreciated from the large windows. The preference for natural materials, such as the characteristic wooden roof makes this suite unique in its kind. The large wooden kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, oven, toaster and kettle.
From the sofa you can enjoy the splendid panorama or watch the flat screen TV. The 2 double bedrooms are equipped with memory foam mattresses and comfortable wardrobes.
The bathroom is equipped with hairdryer, shower and laundry corner.
Out side: Panoramic suite is characterized by 2 comfortable terraces. The large south-facing terrace enjoys an enchanting sea view; in addition to the solarium area, there is also a part shaded by a wooden canopy equipment with dining area, sink and comfortable worktop for your evening barbecues.
